I love working out my lower body! Leg and Booty day is legit my favourite and I love using KettleBells (they can always be swapped out for a dumbell)...so When SELF Magazine had me model for this workout, you better believe I was stoked!
This is a great workout for your lower body - but def expect some burn!
Remember to always list to your body, go at your pace and maintain proper form.
