You will recieve your first week of videos within 48 hours and then you will receive a new email each week which will include all your videos, reflections and check in.

- Overview video which includes what to expect, how to plan your workouts and fundementials to get you started.
- 24 Gym and Home Circuts with video demonstration and instruction (with modifications provided)
- Approx. 45 minute per workout - 4 x per week

EqupimentYou will be able to complete your workouts at home or in the gym. I recomend having a pair of dumbells and restistance bands and will provide some cost effective solutions to purchasing them if you don't already have them (should cost you less than $50 total)

I had SO MUCH FUN at the Zumba class downtown tonight. I have not danced in 19 years. I took classes as a kid until about the age of 12, which was around the time I realized I was a fat girl.
