We are already hearing people talk about waiting until the New Year to start the whole "New Year, New Me" thing. As much as I love New Years I'm not huge on resolutions, but I am big on setting intentions for a year (or just in general to be honest) but that starts with preparing to think about the things I want for the new year.

The problem with resolutions is that they can make us feel so all or nothing and the things we want to do with our life can sometimes fizzle away as the year goes on and the whole hype of New Years fazes away. But, what if this year you spent some time forming some new habits and thinking about what you want for life in general and started working on those things now. Well, that's what the December Self Love and Fitness Challenge is all about.

What's involved?

Each week you'll receive an email with a focus for the week and we'll build up to New Years and take on 2020 a little bit differently.

The Fitness component will also be set by you - so if you are a member in the studio you can set a goal for the number of classes you want to attend in a week and if you are not a studio member you can commit to movement on your own.  So, let's get started!

What you'll need

1. A journal -or something you can write it- it can even be your notepad on your phone

2. For the fitness component - you get to decide what you need - it could be as simple as going for a walk outside, or doing a group fitness class with us, or it could be working out where you regularly work out.
