Hi, I'm Sarah Taylor.

I know what it’s like to walk into a gym and feel intimidated, not know what to do and not return.  Like so many women, I've tried every diet and every exercise program but until I learned to love myself, nothing changed. I am passionate about helping women get over their fears, see their value, worth, and living their best lives – body, mind and soul.

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Plus Size Model, Motivational Speaker, Blogger, Former Miss Plus Canada (2014-201​5​) and the Special Project Editor at FabUplus Magazine.

I help women take the intimidation out of fitness by creating fun & easy to follow workouts to build your confidence & strength 

There is so much more to a happy life than just hitting the gym or losing weight, one must truly love the woman they are.  Having survived and escaping an abusive marriage, I know what it is like to walk that journey and the importance of having someone walk it out with you - that's what I'm here for.

From self-hatred and sadness to thriving in a place and now living my best life- I am proof that it is all possible - which means it's possible for you too!
