Fitness By Sarah Offers a couple ways to train...All packages include Fitness and Self Love Coaching. 

1. 8 week Personalized Fitness Program - This will be a custom built plan for you to train on your own at home or in your gym. This is not a monthly program but a one time purchase. 

2. Premium Fitness Program includes the above program for each month but also 2 in person 1 x 1 training sessions (in person or virtual).  This will renew each month but can be canceled at anytime.   

Once your payment has been processed, I will send you an email with a questionnaire to build your custom plan and talk about your training days and times if you chose a package with one on one sessions.
