Whether you are new to fitness, returning to fitness or just looking for some 1 x 1 attention, we’ve got you covered.
Personal training sessions are based out of our studio downtown Toronto, with no gym membership required. Every session or package purchased comes with an initial consultation call. It’s a chance for you to tell us about your journey, your goals and what you’d like to get out of your time with your trainer. From there, we build out a program that suits your needs and your goals. Whether you are recovering from an injury, getting back into it or are totally new we’ll make sure that you are moving in the right direction for you.

Sarah is the Owner and Creator of Fitness By Sarah Taylor.
She knows what it's like as a plus size women to walk into a gym and feel intimidated so created a safe space for women to enjoy movement. She focuses on building strength and confidence in and out of the gym.
Training with Sarah incorporates fitness, self love and confidence coaching based on where you are at. Your program will be built to meet you where you are at and build your confidence and strength both in the gym and in your everyday life.

Megan is committed to creating training plans that are sustainable, fun, and educational for clients, because she believes that feeling at home in your body leads to strength and empowerment in all areas of your life. Her training focuses on body awareness, form, and understanding the purpose and benefits of exercises. She also has a background in running and triathlon, and specializes in cross-training plans to reduce the risk of injury and help you feel strong when you cross the finish line!

Feel frustrated by the fitness industry and diet culture, and want someone who will coach you with compassion and encourage you to embody your power? Megan wants to work with you to make it happen.
