If you are anything like me…you like a quick and easy snack. This is one of my new favourites! I’ve also found a few ways to make this.
One tip for the mangos (or any other kind of fruit) is to use frozen fruit and thaw it out (either naturally or in the microwave) so you can get some of the extra juices to mix in.
This recipe is so easy and so delicious – it’s like dessert and it’s got so much nutritional value in it! I’ve done this with frozen berries and even a banana.
Don’t forget, you’ll want to chill this after putting it all together – this allows time for the chia seeds to absorb some of the liquid and expand so it has a pudding consistency.
